We currently ship physical products only within India.
Delivery Times
• Orders ship within 24–48 hours of purchase (every day except Sundays/national holidays).
• Digital products/subscriptions activate within 24–48 hours.
• Physical books and merchandise are delivered within 7 days.
Shipping Charges
Free on orders of ₹799+; a flat ₹75 fee applies below that.
Tracking & Delays
You'll get a tracking email once your order ships. If it's late, email customerservice@ack-media.com with your order number. Delays from logistics issues outside our control are not something we're liable for, though we work to minimize them.
Cancellations by Us
We may cancel an order that's significantly delayed or untraceable, refunding you to your original payment source within 7 working days. Digital subscriptions can't be converted into physical orders.
