How often will I receive my Tinkle magazine?
You'll receive one issue every month for the duration of your 1-year subscription, along with a bonus special edition each quarter.
What does the Tinkle magazine subscription include?
A 1-year subscription gets you a new Tinkle magazine issue every month, plus a special quarterly edition included at no extra cost.
Is the quarterly special edition included in the subscription price, or is it an add-on?
It's included there's no extra charge for the quarterly special edition; it comes bundled with your Tinkle magazine subscription
Are the books suitable for all age groups?
Yes. Amar Chitra Katha titles bring Indian mythology, history, and culture to readers of all ages, with special collections like Early Learning curated for younger children. Tinkle offers fun, relatable stories, comics, and puzzles designed mainly for children and young readers, while remaining enjoyable for the young at heart too.
What merchandise do you offer besides books?
Our merchandise range includes bobbleheads, figurines, card games, and Tinkle T-shirts.
Do you offer size charts for T-shirts and apparel?
Yes, you'll find a size chart button on each T-shirt's product page to help you pick the right fit.
Are merchandise items handmade or mass-produced, and do finishes vary slightly?
Our merchandise is mass-produced, but bobbleheads and figurines are hand-painted, so slight variations in finish are normal and part of the charm.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
No, we currently don't offer gift wrapping or gift messages.
Are Megapacks and Super Volumes different from single issues?
Megapacks and Super Volumes are curated bundles of multiple titles at a bundled price, while Singles & Specials let you pick individual issues.
My product arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Write to us at customerservice@ack-media.com with your order number and photos, and we'll review it case by case. (Note: no formal damaged-goods policy exists yet - worth confirming with the team.)
Can digital subscriptions be refunded?
No. Digital subscriptions are non-refundable. They auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date, and no refund is given if you forget to cancel in time. Digital subscriptions also can't be converted into a physical order.
How long does a refund take to process?
If a refund is issued (e.g., for a cancelled/undelivered shipment), it will be credited to your original payment source within 7 working days.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final we don't offer refunds or returns on books, merchandise, or digital subscriptions once an order is placed. The one exception: if a physical shipment is significantly delayed or untraceable, we may cancel and refund that order. For any issues, reach out at customerservice@ack-media.com.
How can I access my digital subscription after purchase?
Upon purchase, your account will be activated within 24 – 48 hours. You'll receive an activation email with steps to access your subscription.
I haven't received my activation email. What should I do?
You should receive it within 24–48 hours of purchase. If you don't see it, please check your inbox/spam folder. If it's still missing, write to us at customerservice@ack-media.com.
On which devices can I read my digital subscription?
You can read on Android and iOS devices, laptops, desktops, iPads, and tablets.
Is my digital subscription a one-time purchase or does it auto-renew?
It depends on where you purchase. Subscriptions bought on our website are one-time, non-auto-renewing purchases. Subscriptions bought through our app auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Can I gift a digital subscription to someone else?
Yes. Write to us at customerservice@ack-media.com with your order number and the recipient's details, and we'll help set it up as a gift.
Can I switch from a digital subscription to physical books, or vice versa?
No. Digital subscriptions and physical books are separate products and purchases, and one cannot be converted or exchanged for the other.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we don't currently offer Cash on Delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, within 2 hours of purchase. Reach out to customerservice@ack-media.com with your order number to cancel/Modification.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, write to us at customerservice@ack-media.com with your registered email ID and we'll resend it.
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections and add the products you'd like to buy to your cart, one by one. Once you're done, click the cart icon at the top right of the page and complete your checkout from there. If you want to buy just a single product, click "Buy Now" on that product page and you'll be redirected straight to checkout.
When will my order be delivered?
- Digital products/subscriptions: activated within 24–48 hours
- Physical books: delivered within 7 days
- T-shirts and other merchandise: delivered within 7 days
Do you ship across India / internationally?
We currently ship only within India.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email notification with the tracking details.
What are the shipping charges?
Orders below ₹799 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹75. Orders of ₹799 and above ship free.
What if my package is delayed or lost in transit?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please write to us at customerservice@ack-media.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
