Cancellation and Refund Policies

Certain features of the Service, such as purchasing a license to view certain Digital Content, require the payment of fees. All such fees must be paid in advance. All transactions are final and, except as expressly provided herein, the Company does not issue any refunds.

The Company reserves the right to modify prices and fees applicable to future transactions at any time for any reason in its sole discretion. The subscription will auto-renew unless canceled by the user. There won't be any refunds if the user forgets to cancel their subscription before the next renewal date.

Readers of all subscriptions must note that reading is free on the majority of titles, and not all of them. This includes all subscriptions, including lifetime subscription. 

Any and every title not published under Amar Chitra Katha will not be part of the subscriptions. 

ACK media may collaborate with other publishers, such titles will not be applicable under the normal app subscription. The reader / user may have to pay extra or take a yearly / monthly subscription for these new titles.

Amar Chitra katha Pvt. Ltd. shall have the sole right and discretion to modify, suspend and/or discontinue the App. In the event of discontinuation of the App, please note    all services provided including but not limited to lifetime subscriptions shall be non-refundable.

Physical Product Policy:

ACK Media Direct Limited ships its products to almost all parts of India and across the world. Orders placed will be shipped within

24-48 working hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 5 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas, the products will be shipped through our partner couriers and transport and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which ACK Media Direct Limited is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as ACK Media Direct Limited continuously tries to nought such instances.

Any Digital Subscription cannot be converted into physical order.

Also, ACK Media Direct Limited reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual
delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

Refund
We do not offer refunds for any purchases made. All sales are final and non-refundable.
