Assemble the board and give one Standard oarsmen deck and starting money to each player. Enhance your team by bidding for Professional oarsmen in Phase 1 and then in Phase 2, everyone starts to race simultaneously (just like in real life)! Achieve Rhythm by playing three unique character cards with the same value to move 3 extra spaces which can give you an advantage in the race. Bet on the team you think will win (it need not be your own!) at each milestone. If your team wins the race, there is a lot of money to be won, but remember, those who bet on you also gain money. Strategize each turn and be the richest player overall at the end of the game to win!
